TECHNOLOGICAL AND PRODUCTION MODERNIZATION IN GENERAL FLUIDI SRL

The company in continuity with its investment policy on new technologies, has made the purchase of an automatic vertical warehouse Modula Lift, which complies with the requirements of “Industry 4.0.”

This machinery enables a more organized management of loading and unloading, reducing handling time and improving operational efficiency. Integration with ERP software facilitates inventory monitoring, optimizing the use of financial resources. In addition, the automated system has improved operator safety, reducing the physical risks associated with manual handling.
The company has also achieved energy savings compared to traditional systems.

General Fluidi also invested in an electrically driven fixed column crane with electric double extension and 1,000 kg capacity, which can safely efficiency the handling of materials such as pipes and tanks, in the workshop area.

The investment project operated also concerned the achievement of certification related to the international standard UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, a goal largely achieved as on July 1, 2024, the company obtained the certificate.

General Fluidi Srl now has an environmental management system that enables it to improve impacts on the ecosystem, enhance sustainability and safety, reduce environmental costs, improve its reputation with customers and suppliers worldwide, and open up to new business opportunities.

Thanks also to the economic support received with the support of the Veneto Region through DGR 1510/2021, the investments made by GENERAL FLUIDI SRL benefited from a public contribution of € 27,147.00.
